Qualification is a set of tests

The Local Content Act definition used in this catalogue separates three tests: at least 51 percent beneficial ownership or voting, at least 75 percent of executive and senior management, and at least 90 percent of non-managerial positions. Each test is tracked on its own. There is no weighted average, and these figures are not universal employment targets for every company.

A supplier uploader can be invited to a single evidence request. They do not see other tenants or a public client list.
