Government payment disclosure support
Form SD preparation support for resource extraction issuers, with the USD 100,000 threshold and no automatic filing.
Who the rule is for
Rule 13q-1 applies to resource extraction issuers that file annual reports, including controlled entities, subject to the exemptions in the rule. A service company is not automatically an extraction issuer. Agent payments can still matter to an issuer's report.
The catalogue uses the USD 100,000 not-de-minimis threshold, a cash basis, and 270 days after fiscal year end. In-kind payments follow the form's valuation instructions. PetroMetric exports a reviewer pack. It does not submit to the SEC and it does not say the pack is SEC-ready.
Informational only. This is not legal, tax, or regulatory advice, and it is not a certification or a government publication. A qualified legal reviewer has not been appointed. Confirm the current Act, permit, licence, and guideline before you rely on a date or a figure. PetroMetric does not file reports or applications with any agency.
